Terms of Service

This page is the agreement between you and DirtyRoulette. It is written to be read by humans — if anything is unclear, ask before you guess.

1. The agreement you are making

By opening DirtyRoulette and using it, you accept these terms. If any part of them is not acceptable to you, the only right move is to stop using the service. If you use DirtyRoulette on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

These terms apply to everything under the DirtyRoulette name: the marketing pages, random video matching, private one-to-one chats, accounts and coins.

2. Who may use DirtyRoulette

DirtyRoulette is an adults-only community. You may use it only if you have reached the age of majority where you live, and by using it you confirm that you have — and that no earlier ban or removal from the platform applies to you.

Where we have reason to believe someone underage is using the service, the account or session involved can be restricted or removed without warning. This is the rule we enforce hardest.

3. Guests and accounts

You can try DirtyRoulette as a guest — no sign-up is needed to start a first match. Some things, like coin balances and saved preferences, need an account to attach to.

An account is personal to you. Do not lend it, sell it, or let anyone underage use it. You are responsible for what happens through it, so keep your login to yourself and treat any request for your password or a verification code as an attack — our staff will never ask.

4. What the service is (and is not)

DirtyRoulette is a browser-based random video chat: you tap once and the service pairs you with another person who is online right now. What that looks like in practice is covered on the DirtyRoulette features page.

Features evolve. We may add, change or retire parts of the service, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — live video depends on your device, your connection and other people being online.

DirtyRoulette connects you with strangers. It does not verify who they are, endorse them, or sit inside your conversation. The Next button, the block control and your own judgment are the tools you have — use them freely.

5. Acceptable use

The conduct rules live in the Community Guidelines, and they are part of this agreement. The short list of what is off limits:

• Harassing, threatening or pressuring anyone
• Any involvement of minors, in any form
• Recording or redistributing another person’s video without their permission
• Asking users for money, gift cards, crypto or outside payments
• Requesting passwords, verification codes or payment details
• Impersonating another person or DirtyRoulette staff
• Spam, advertising or scraping the service with bots
• Attacking, overloading or reverse-engineering the platform
• Anything that breaks the law that applies to you

6. Coins and payments

Trying DirtyRoulette costs nothing: the first match is free and no sign-up is needed. Beyond that, longer or premium sessions can use coins, which are sold inside the product.

Coins are a licence to use features within DirtyRoulette — not money, not a deposit, not an investment. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another person, or exchanged for cash, and they carry no value outside the platform. Current prices and what a purchase includes are always shown before you pay; that display governs, since prices change over time.

Refunds follow the terms shown at purchase and the law that applies to you. If something went wrong with a payment, contact support first — chargebacks filed without giving us the chance to fix the problem can lead to account restriction.

7. Moderation and losing access

Reports and automated systems feed a moderation team that reviews what is flagged. Depending on what a review finds, the outcome can be a warning, limits on features, a suspension or a permanent ban. Serious cases may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

You can stop using DirtyRoulette whenever you like. We can suspend or end access where these terms are broken, where the law requires it, or where keeping an account active would put other users at risk. Coins left on an account removed for a violation are generally not refunded.

8. Intellectual property

The DirtyRoulette name, logo, design and the software behind the service belong to DirtyRoulette and its licensors. These terms give you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the service — nothing more. You may not copy the product, resell access to it, or build something derivative from it.

What you create stays yours. You grant us the licence needed to transmit and display your video and content so the service can function — that is all it is for.

9. Privacy

What is collected when you use DirtyRoulette, what is never stored, and the choices you have are set out in the Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement. The headline: private chats are not recorded by the platform, chat logs are not stored, and personal data is not sold.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

DirtyRoulette is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular kind of person will be online when you tap Start.

We are not responsible for what other users say or do. Meeting strangers online carries risk that no platform removes entirely — the habits that reduce it are collected in the Safety Center, and reading it is worth your time. To the maximum extent the law allows, DirtyRoulette is not liable for indirect or consequential loss; nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms change as the product does. When a change matters, we will make reasonable efforts to make it visible. Continuing to use DirtyRoulette after an update means you accept the updated terms — so check back here once in a while.
